I can't say enough about the staff at this store. They are all friendly and eager to help. Elizabeth, the newest member of the team, greeted us at the door and immediately got to work trying to help us with getting reconnected with AT&T. If she had any issues that she couldn't resolve, the other team members were there to assist. Our thanks to Elizabeth, Brie, the military veteran ( I didn't catch his name) and the other staff members for all your help. Also to Taylor for your assistance a few weeks ago. This is the store to go to with all you AT&T needs.
I had the most amazing experience with Bri, I was looking for a particular earbud for a gift and long and behold they were sold out 😩 She suggested to call to see if any of their other stores had them in stock and they did. I pre paid for them and picked them up, pickup was quick and easy. I’ll definitely be back in January to do a phone upgrade.
This place is amazing. Everytime I come here I feel welcomed. The Employees always greet me with a smile and it assures me that I am important and I will be taken care of!! My favorite part is the lighting is worm and welcoming and does not make me feel like I am walking into an operating room compared to most retail stores. If you ever need help with your service this is the place to be. I have never walked out without feel peace.
I recently had a very complicated setup to tackle with AT&T—getting my elderly parents connected with Wi-Fi and cellular service, arranging my FirstNet account, and helping my daughter get her very first phone. It was a lot to coordinate and definitely time-consuming, but the AT&T team handled everything wonderfully. They were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They made sure my parents felt comfortable and understood their new services, they took the stress out of getting FirstNet set up correctly, and they made my daughter’s first phone experience exciting and special. What could have been overwhelming turned into a smooth and positive process thanks to their professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate the time and care they put into getting everything just right for us. Highly recommend! Thank you Doug for all your help.

This store was AMAZING. There was no one ahead of us so we got right in without a wait. We worked with Patrick but Damin, Bree, and Doug also came over and made us feel right at home. They were all very attentive, personable, and did not make me feel rushed. I wish the AT&T store in my home town was this friendly. I have a thing about not leaving Google reviews but these guys were so good that I had to. The representatives that I worked with should hold a training on how to treat a customer. I came in earlier today after experiencing the Verizon network outage the other day to get pricing information with AT&T and weigh my options. I spoke with Damon and he provided me with a whole quote and was the most pleasant salesman I’ve interacted with in a long time. While I did not sign up today due to time constraints he provided me with his contact information and scheduled an appointment for this weekend to get me switched over to AT&T. Normally I would wait to write a review until after I signed on the dotted line but I was so happy with my interaction with him that I had to bring it up immediately. I appreciate you!
